Contract Nursing Recruitment Consultant
to join our team in Sydney.
If you've got proven agency recruitment experience across
nursing, healthcare, hospitals, mental health, aged care, rural & remote or medical recruitment
, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle for contract nurses
Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
Growing your desk through business development, referrals, networking and sourcing
Developing expertise within your healthcare market
Working with existing preferred-supplier clients and identifying new opportunities
Becoming a trusted recruitment partner to both clients and candidates
Uncapped commission – up to 30%
