We're looking for an
Assistant Property Manager or Junior Property Manager
who is ready to take the next step and manage their own portfolio — without being thrown into the deep end.
THE ROLE
You'll commence with a small portfolio of approximately ***** high-end residential properties, while working closely alongside the Department Head and supporting their portfolio. As your confidence and capability grow, your portfolio will naturally grow with you.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing your own residential portfolio across the Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore
Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
Managing arrears and lease renewals
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Preparing for and attending NCAT/tribunal matters when required




Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Assisting the Department Head with their portfolio

ABOUT YOU
Previous
Property Management and/or Leasing experience
Hold a current
NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Current driver's licence and own car
Confident communicating with landlords and tenants
Highly organised, proactive and well presented
Strong attention to detail with a genuine sense of ownership
Eager to develop your skills and take the next step in your Property Management career
This is not a role where you'll be thrown into a portfolio of hundreds of properties. It's a genuine opportunity to develop your skills, take ownership and progressively build your own high-end portfolio with the support around you to succeed!
