Learning Strategies Teachers
willcollaborate with classroom teachers to support VCE students in theclassroom, and assist with planning, resourcing and implementingIndividual Learning Plans. you will be working as part of a supportive and collegial team based at our Caulfield Campus.
Key Duties
Structure teaching programsinformed by research and collegial advice on studentlearning.
Develop differentiated teachingactivities that cater to diverse learning needs, includingstudents with disabilities, adhering to relevant policies andlegislation.
Provide flexible supporttailored to individual students, employing effective assessmentmethods tomonitorand report on studentprogress.
Administerand interpret1-1 diagnostic assessments




Collaborate actively withcolleagues to develop and implement student-centered IndividualLearning Plans.
Utilisestrategies based onstudents' developmental characteristics to enhance learningoutcomes.
Maintain comprehensivedocumentation on student progressasrequired.
Participate in professionaldevelopment activities to continually improve teachingpractices.

Skills and Experience
