THIS ISN'T YOUR TYPICAL SUPPORT WORKER ROLE
As a Disability Support Worker in our Community Participation and Day Programs team, you'll help customers:
Build independence and life skills
Connect with their community
Achieve personal goals
Develop confidence and social networks
Explore hobbies, interests and employment pathways
Participate in meaningful activities and experiences
We use a therapeutic, person-centred approach that focuses on strengths, capability building and helping people achieve their full potential.

YOU'LL NEED
Current Driver Licence
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working with Children Check (where applicable)
