Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
Educate consumers about products, in-store promotions and events
Support the store team in achieving company goals and initiatives
Adhere to Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control and compliance procedures
Collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
Support daily retail operations, including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, cleanliness and recovery standards
Assist across consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation and stock room management
Contribute to an enjoyable team environment by sharing suggestions, ideas and concerns
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail
Fluent in English; proficiency of other language(s) is an advantage
Flexible to work rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email
Able to operate a retail Point of Sale system




Ability to climb and descend ladders carrying merchandise daily
Ability to lift 15kg or more with assistance daily
Senior Secondary School year 12 / High School Certificate preferred
