Join a clinic that genuinely has your back
About us
Welcome to HUB Clinic, a specialist paediatric practice in behavioural and developmental challenges, with a particular focus on adolescents, young adults and children. We've built a calm, genuinely community-feel clinic where our patients love coming and feel completely comfortable being themselves. We work alongside major paediatric centres and allied health leaders, with referrals coming in from across Australia and beyond.
Our people are the heart of this clinic. We protect our staff, we invest in them, and it shows; our team retention speaks for itself.
About the role
We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic, dedicated Administrator/Receptionist ready to become a friendly, professional face of our growing practice. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients and their families, both on the phone and in person, so a warm, genuine, understanding manner matters more to us than a perfect CV.
