Our cafés operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our team members are generally allocated a consistent roster pattern, working primarily across either day, afternoon or night shifts rather than rotating between all three. Most team members work 3-4 shifts per week.
What You'll Do
Welcome customers and create a warm, friendly café experience
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee and other café drinks
Assemble and present food items,



including plating hot food and preparing sandwiches and light meals.
Operate fryers and prepare menu items to support efficient service.
Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally
Handle customer payments and maintain cash handling accuracy
Keep service areas, displays and dining spaces clean and presentable
Work closely with your team to provide excellent customer service during busy periods
Assist with opening and closing duties as required
About You
Friendly, reliable and customer-focused
Enjoy working in a busy and fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous hospitality, retail or customer service experience is preferred
Barista experience is highly regarded, but not essential
Committed to providing outstanding service every shift
