We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded
Key Account Support
professional to join our Wholesale Partnerships team in Queensland. Reporting to the National Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting major customer accounts, driving operational excellence, delivering outstanding customer service and helping unlock profitable growth opportunities.

In this Role
Support major customer accounts and contribute to sales growth initiatives
Manage service-related activities including stock issues, allocations, pricing and claims
Assist with sales planning, forecasting and promotional execution
Produce reporting and insights to support commercial decision-making
Coordinate customer meetings, reviews and business planning activities
Analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of customer plans
Support trade shows, conferences and business development activities
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in FMCG, retail, convenience or customer-facing sales roles
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Robust data analysis and problem-solving abilities
Intermediate to Advanced Excel capability
Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
A collaborative team player who thrives in quick-paced environments
