This role sits at the heart of the business, coordinating crews, equipment and event timelines so that every job, from a small reception to a large-scale gala, runs smoothly from bump-in to bump-out. You'll work closely with sales, warehouse and on-site team members to keep everything moving in a quick-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who is highly organised, calm under pressure and energised by variety.
