The Role
Working within a busy litigation practice, you will support lawyers across a variety of contentious matters (commercial litigation and estate litigation) and play a key role in progressing files.
Your duties will include:
Liaising with clients, courts, barristers, and other stakeholders
Drafting correspondence and legal documents
Preparing court documents and briefs to counsel
Managing files and maintaining accurate records
Conducting searches and assisting with document and evidence management
Assisting with billing, diary management, and general matter administration
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:




Minimum 3 years experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Senior Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant
Exposure to Commercial Litigation, Estate Litigation, or a similar litigation areas
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and client service skills
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment

Salary
$75,000 - $90,000 + Super
