Job Description
UniLodge John Grey Hall in Cairns seeks a Maintenance and Grounds Coordinator for a full‐time on‐site role. You will maintain apartments, common areas, and exterior grounds, while upholding safety standards and supporting resident experiences.

Reporting to the Property Manager, you will inspect facilities, coordinate repairs, and engage with residents and contractors to ensure timely response to requests. A trade qualification is valued and a Queensland driver licence is required.
