Job Description

Define and execute the Australia Asset Services strategy across Transfer Agency, Middle Office, and Fund Administration
n
Drive business growth through product expansion, bundled service models, client pitches, and RFPs
n
Partner with Product, Technology, and regional leadership to enhance capabilities and competitiveness
n
Establish a forward-looking operating model using industry trends, regulatory requirements, digital innovation, and automation
n
Maintain executive oversight of end-to-end service delivery and unified operating models
n
Ensure integrity, timeliness, and regulatory compliance of fund accounting, investor servicing, reporting, and unit pricing
n
Hold accountability for client outcomes and service performance across all service lines
n
Own the enterprise risk profile and oversee regulatory compliance, audits, controls, offshore operations, and third-party providers
n
Act as senior executive sponsor for key Australian client relationships and represent Asset Services at executive, industry, and regulatory forums
n
Lead strategic transformation, platform modernisation, regulatory change, automation, and data-driven innovation
n
Provide enterprise leadership to the multidisciplinary Asset Services organisation
n
Build organisational capability through leadership development, succession planning, talent retention, and workforce strategy
n

Requirements
n
n
15+ years' experience in Asset Services, Fund Administration, or Transfer Agency leadership roles
n
Deep expertise across fund accounting, investor services, middle office operations, and regulatory frameworks
n
Proven track record of leading large-scale operations and transformation programs
n
Strong commercial acumen and strategic leadership capability
n
Demonstrated success managing complex stakeholder environments and global operating models
n




Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
n
Enterprise mindset with end-to-end ownership across service pillars
n
Solid risk and control orientation, balanced with commercial delivery
n
Ability to integrate and simplify complex operating models
n
Inspirational leader with a client-centric and innovation-driven mindset
n
Proven ability to execute strategy while maintaining operational excellence
