Job Description
The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital is seeking a Grade 2 Social Worker to contribute to patient-centred care across inpatient and outpatient services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
n
You will provide psychosocial assessment, counselling, advocacy, discharge planning and referrals while supporting SHRFV and MARAM implementation and working with patients and families to improve outcomes.
