An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Competition/Antitrust practice of a leading Australian law firm in Melbourne.
Working as part of a highly regarded competition team, you'll advise major corporates, financial institutions and other sophisticated clients on a broad range of complex competition and regulatory matters. The role offers exposure to merger control, competition investigations, regulatory enforcement and contentious matters, with the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on high-profile, business-critical mandates.
Requirements
5 years' PQE gained at a leading Australian, UK or international law firm.
Experience advising on competition and antitrust matters, including merger control, investigations, regulatory matters and/or competition litigation.
Strong technical ability with excellent drafting,



analytical and communication skills.
Experience managing complex matters, coordinating multiple workstreams and taking significant responsibility for client relationships.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to provide clear, practical advice on complex competition issues.
Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams on sophisticated matters.
