Divine Nursing Services is a registered healthcare and disability support provider delivering nursing, clinical assessment, training and community-based supports across South Australia. We support people with a broad range of health and disability-related needs, including NDIS participants and private clients.

We are seeking a compassionate, competent and reliable Registered Nurse to join our growing clinical team and provide high-quality nursing services within the community.
n
About the Role
n
The Registered Nurse will provide person-centred nursing care, clinical assessments, education and ongoing clinical support to clients in their homes and community settings.
n
Depending on qualifications, experience and demonstrated competency, responsibilities may include:
n
n
Conducting comprehensive clinical nursing assessments and reviews
n
Developing and reviewing nursing care plans and clinical recommendations
n
Continence assessments and continence-related nursing support
n
Catheter and suprapubic catheter management
n
Stoma care and assessment
n
Enteral feeding and PEG-related nursing support
n
Complex bowel care and management
n
Wound assessment and wound care
n
Medication-related nursing support and clinical monitoring
n
Monitoring changes in health status and escalating clinical concerns appropriately
n
Liaising with GPs, allied health professionals, support coordinators, families and other members of the multidisciplinary team
n
Providing education and competency-based training to disability support workers and carers where appropriate
n
Maintaining accurate, timely and qualified clinical documentation, progress notes and reports
n
Working within relevant legislation,
professional standards, organisational policies and the Registered Nurse scope of practice
n

About You
n
To be considered, you must have:
n
n
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
n
Bachelor of Nursing or recognised equivalent qualification
n
Current Australian working rights
n
Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one
n
Current First Aid and CPR certification
n
Current Australian driver's licence
n
Access to a reliable and appropriately insured vehicle
n
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to work independently in community settings while recognising when clinical escalation is required
n
Strong commitment to person-centred care, dignity, choice and professional boundaries
n
n
Desirable Experience
n
Experience in one or more of the following will be highly regarded:

Community nursing
n
Disability or NDIS services
n
Continence nursing
n
Catheter or stoma management
n
PEG/enteral feeding
n
Complex bowel care
n
Wound management
n
Clinical staff training and competency assessment
n
Complex or high-intensity support environments
n
