About Our Client
Our client is a leading refrigeration and HVAC wholesaler looking for a customer-focused Trade Counter Representative / Warehouse Assistant to support daily branch operations.
This is a hands-on role combining trade counter sales, customer service and order processing with warehouse duties including stock control, picking and replenishment.
What You Will Be Doing
Provide friendly and professional customer service at the trade counter
Process customer orders, enquiries and sales
Pick, pack and replenish stock
Assist with stock control and general warehouse duties
Receive, check and put away incoming stock
Maintain a clean, organised and safe branch environment
Assist with general branch operations as required
What You Will Need
Previous customer service, trade counter, retail or warehouse experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills




Positive attention to detail and ability to process orders accurately
Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work in a busy, hands-on environment
Forklift licence advantageous
