About the role:
Work closely with
partners and senior lawyers
across a broad range of
corporate and commercial matters
, including:
Mergers and acquisitions, including asset and share acquisitions and disposals.
Joint ventures and other commercial arrangements.




Capital raisings for listed and unlisted clients.
Corporate governance and general corporate advisory.
Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules compliance.
Due diligence and transaction management.
Energy and resources-related corporate transactions.
Drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial agreements.
The ideal candidate:
Have
2-3 years' PQE
in corporate law.
Sound understanding of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules.
Solid drafting and communication skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
You will be commercially minded, detail-oriented and keen to continue developing your career within a supportive and high-performing team
