The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Lifestyle Officer to join our team. If you are passionate about a person-centred approach to care, this is your opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
This is a part-time opportunity, offering ******* hours per fortnight.
As a Lifestyle Officer, you will be at the heart of creating joy and connection, designing and delivering meaningful activities that bring smiles, laughter, and a sense of community. Every day is unique, allowing you to tailor programs to individual interests and care plans, while fostering a warm, inclusive environment that reflects Apollo Care's commitment to holistic, resident-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement individual and group leisure activities that cater to residents' needs, abilities, and interests
Develop and maintain personalized lifestyle care plans
Engage with residents and their families to create a sense of belonging and inclusion




Collaborate with the Lifestyle Team and care staff to support the holistic well-being of residents
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
Maintain secure and accurate care records
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum one-year of experience as a lifestyle officer in the aged care setting
Certificate III in Aged Care or Cert IV in Leisure & Lifestyle or Diversional Therapy Qualification (highly desirable)
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Currently hold an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain)
