Platform Engineer
n
We are looking for a technically curious and well-rounded Platform Engineer to support and develop our technology environment.
n
This role will combine BAU support with project-based work, giving you exposure across cloud infrastructure, networking, data, applications and business technology initiatives.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Building and improving cloud platforms, infrastructure and business applications.
n
Developing and maintaining the infrastructure
n
Supporting CI/CD and engineering practices
n
Monitoring and improving platform performance and reliability
n
Working closely with Engineers, Data Analysts and business stakeholders on technology and business improvement projects.
n
Identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
n
Exploring the practical use of AI tools
n
n
Your Skills
n




n
4+ years of experience in a Platform, Cloud, Infrastructure, Systems or DevOps Engineering role.
n
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
n
Open-minded, curious and interested in learning and adopting recent technologies.
n
Strong Microsoft Azure experience (AWS and/or VMWare experience is a bonus)
n
Experience with a number of the following:n

Azure Data Factory
n
Azure Networking
n
Azure Functions / Function Apps
n
Azure DevOps
n
Bicep or Terraform
n
VMware or Citrix
n
Azure Monitor or LogicMonitor
n
n
n
Nice to have:
n
Experience with containers, as well as an interest in AI-assisted engineering tools.
