About the role
In Effect Electrical is seeking a full time
Office Admin
to join our team in Malaga, WA. This is a key position that will provide essential administrative and organisational support to our operations. You will be the backbone of our office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting our team to deliver excellent service to our clients. This role is based on-site at our Malaga location and offers the opportunity to be an integral part of a growing electrical services business.
What you'll be doing
Managing incoming calls, emails and enquiries, directing them appropriately and maintaining professional communication standards
Scheduling and coordinating appointments, site visits and meetings for team members
Preparing and maintaining documentation, including invoices, quotations and job specifications
Processing payroll and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner
Maintaining filing systems and databases, ensuring records are organised and easily accessible
Ordering supplies and managing inventory levels
Supporting the coordination of job scheduling and dispatch operations
Assisting with customer service enquiries and maintaining positive client relationships
Performing general clerical duties including data entry, typing and document preparation
Supporting management with administrative tasks and special projects as required
What we're looking for
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within a trades, construction or service-based business
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively




Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with scheduling software, email systems and general office management tools
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
A professional and friendly demeanour with strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliability and punctuality
Familiarity with the electrical or trades industry is desirable but not essential
