Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse looking for flexible casual work in residential aged care?
n
We are seeking experienced and caring Registered Nurses to join the casual pool at our Bribie Island Aged Care service. You will provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents while working alongside a welcoming and dedicated team.
n
Applicants must be available to work night-duty shifts.
n
What you can bring to the role
n
n
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse;
n
Availability and willingness to work night duty;
n
Experience in residential aged care is highly regarded;
n
Strong clinical assessment, medication management and documentation skills;
n
The ability to recognise and respond to changes in a resident's condition;
n
A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care;
n
Strong communication, teamwork and time-management skills;
n
Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one.

Your responsibilities will include
n




n
Providing protected, high-quality clinical care to residents;
n
Completing clinical assessments and contributing to care planning;
n
Administering medications and maintaining accurate clinical documentation;
n
Responding appropriately to incidents and changes in residents' health;
n
Supporting and guiding Personal Care Workers;
n
Communicating effectively with residents, families and other health professionals;
n
Ensuring care is delivered in accordance with legislative, clinical and organisational requirements.
