Job Description
Fluence is seeking a Site Manager to lead the construction of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in Australia. You will drive on-site delivery, manage risks, and ensure safety, quality and schedule meet contract requirements across one or more projects.

You will report to the Senior Construction Manager and coordinate with project teams, clients and subcontractors, delivering on-time and on-budget outcomes in a dynamic energy storage setting.
