Based in Sydney, this Associate role offers hands-on exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including origination, execution and ongoing asset management. You will work closely with senior investment professionals and global partners, contributing to high-impact transactions that shape essential infrastructure assets worldwide. The role also provides meaningful involvement in investment committee processes, portfolio management and thematic strategy development.

Ideal Candidate Profile

2-4 years' experience in infrastructure private equity or infrastructure investment banking
n
Strong capability across financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis
n
Experience supporting origination, due diligence, structuring and transaction execution
n
Comfortable preparing investment papers, committee materials and risk analysis
n
Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior internal and external stakeholders
n
Commercially astute, proactive and detail-oriented with a team-oriented working style
n
High professional standards and strong personal integrity
n
Willingness to travel internationally as required
