Civil Supervisor — Subdivisions & Medium Density

The Opportunity
Our client, a well-established Victorian civil contractor with over 45 years' industry experience, is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee in office delivery across their subdivision and medium density project portfolio. With a strong pipeline of estate-scale residential and industrial subdivision works across Melbourne's South East and Gippsland, this is a hands-on role for someone who thrives running crews and keeping sites moving.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities across subdivisional roadworks, kerbing and concrete paving, stormwater drainage, earthworks and underground services
Manage on-site crews, subcontractors and plant to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to program
Conduct daily site inspections, toolbox talks and quality checks
Liaise with the Project Manager, engineers and clients on day-to-day site matters




Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements on site
Coordinate materials, deliveries and site logistics
About You
Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor within subdivisional and/or medium density residential or industrial developments
Strong hands-on knowledge of roadworks, drainage, earthworks and civil construction methods
Confident managing crews and subcontractors on site
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Victorian civil construction industry experience highly regarded
