Green Light are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to support one of our clients with a robust focus on service delivery and process improvements. The role is based in Sydney, 100% onsite, and requires an active NV1 clearance. This is an initial 3-month assignment with the view to convert to permanent.
The successful candidate will provide first and second-line IT support, handle incidents, and work to meet contractual service levels while liaising closely with end users and internal teams.
