About the Role
Your responsibilities will include using a baling machine to bale cardboard and plastic
This is a physical,



hands-on role that involves manual handling, but don't worry—we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
About You
Physically fit and able to lift large sheets of cardboard into a baling machine
Friendly, reliable, and self-motivated
Able to work independently and manage their own time
Comfortable communicating with customers and managers
Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
Previous baling experience is a bonus, but not essential.
