About The Role
As an
OC Short Stays Host
, you'll be the friendly face (and voice!) behind every guest experience. From coordinating seamless check-ins and providing local recommendations to managing bookings, responding to guest enquiries, and handling minor troubleshooting, you'll help ensure every stay is exceptional.

What You'll Be Doing
Communicating with guests in a friendly, qualified, and timely manner




Managing bookings, enquiries, and guest requests
Ensuring properties are presented beautifully and meet high cleanliness standards
