This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious and commercially astute Development Manager to join a leader in it's field and play a key role in delivering an exciting pipeline of built-form projects.
n
Working within a dynamic and collaborative Development Team, you'll enjoy genuine autonomy, broad responsibility and exposure across the full development lifecycle. This isn't a role where you'll be confined to one part of the process — you'll be trusted to take ownership, solve problems and drive your projects from early investigations and approvals through to construction and successful completion.

The Opportunity
n
You'll manage multiple projects concurrently and work closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and authorities to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest possible standard.
n
Your role will include:
n
n
Managing built-form projects from site investigation through to delivery and handover
n
Driving planning and development approval processes
n
Identifying risks early and developing practical solutions to keep projects moving
n
Managing budgets, forecasts, cost control and tender comparisons
n
Coordinating consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders
n
Managing project changes, risks and opportunities
n
Monitoring project performance across time, cost, quality and delivery
n




Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and in line with programme objectives
n
Contributing ideas, initiatives and best-practice approaches to project delivery
n
n
About You
n
You'll be a proactive and commercially minded Development Manager who enjoys taking ownership and thrives in a rapid-moving environment.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
3-5+ years' experience in land/Built-Form development with strong civils exposure
n
Experience managing projects through planning, approvals and delivery
n
Strong financial, budgeting and cost management skills
n
Excellent stakeholder and consultant management capability
n
Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability
n
The ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving forward
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
A high level of organisation skills, attention to detail and personal accountability
n
A relevant tertiary qualification and Construction Induction White Card
n
