Job Description
Capricorn is seeking a commercially minded sales professional to own a direct portfolio of Panel & Paint Members across NSW and the ACT. Based in Sydney, you will drive sales growth, strengthen member engagement and guide a team of Area Managers to ensure high-quality service.

You will develop territory plans, identify opportunities, negotiate outcomes and grow both existing members and recent business opportunities across the region. A current Australian driver's licence is required.
