The Cottesloe Beach Hotel is a high-volume coastal food and beverage operation and is currently looking to recruit a full-time experienced
Duty Manager
with a demonstrated experience to become part of our team. This position has the room for future growth. Bring your experience, creativity, organisation and passion for food, beverage and service and be part of an exciting a well-established Western Australian, family owned, true hospitality group.
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily Food and Beverage operations of the hotel.
Coordinating the activity of the Food and Beverage staff
Developmentand training of staff
Maintaining high standards of service
Opening and/or closing of the venue
Maintaining venue presentation and cleanliness
Processing & reconcilingPOS & EFT terminals and complete with end of day financial reporting
Attending managementbriefings and meetings
Monthly stocktaking and stock control procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Duty Manager
Excellent understanding of cellar operations
Strong knowledge of wine, draught beer and spirits
Valid WA un-restricted approved managers certification
Be able to work in a fast-paced setting.
Have a passion for delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Have solid leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of WHS
H&L; Knowledge is highly regarded.
