About the role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking
Warehouse Team Member
to join AFPRO Filters Australia Pty Ltd in Sunshine West, VIC. This is a
full time position
offering an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic warehouse operation in the manufacturing, transport and logistics sector. You will play a crucial role in our picking and packing operations, contributing directly to the efficiency and accuracy of our order fulfilment process. This position is based on-site at our Sunshine West facility, where you will work as part of a collaborative team committed to maintaining high standards of productivity and quality.
What you'll be doing
Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks
Manufacturing - cutting frames & filter pleat, gluing of filters
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assisting with inventory management and cycle counting
Collaborating with the wider team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role,



preferably in the manufacturing industry
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items
A team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
