Job Description
Access Aged Care in Umina is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to work onsite across residential aged care homes, coordinating care and supporting GPs and specialists via telehealth.
n
Onsite Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with no nights or weekend shifts. You'll use clinical judgement, adapt to current technology and build trusted relationships with residents, families and facility staff as you help prevent clinical concerns before they escalate.
