An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Strata Manager to join a well-established and growing strata management business.
The company operates as part of a much larger property group, providing the stability, resources and backing of a major organisation while maintaining the close-knit and supportive culture of a dedicated strata team.
You will join a team of approximately 15 staff and take responsibility for a well-managed portfolio of around 35 schemes comprising approximately 700 lots.

The Role:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of your own strata portfolio, with support from an experienced and team-oriented team. Key responsibilities include:
Managing approximately 35 schemes / 700 lots
Building strong relationships with owners, committees and key stakeholders
Preparing and conducting AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings
Managing budgets, levies, maintenance and compliance requirements




Coordinating contractors and maintenance works
Providing proactive advice and solutions to clients
Ensuring a high level of service across the portfolio

About You:
You will ideally have previous experience managing your own strata portfolio and be confident dealing with owners, committees and contractors. Strong communication, organisation and relationship-management skills will be highly regarded.
