About the role
We are seeking a mid-level Change Manager to support a major intranet and digital workplace uplift within a complex public sector environment.
In this role you will lead change impact and readiness activities and drive adoption through clear communications, stakeholder engagement and practical training support.
You will work closely with business and delivery teams to ensure new systems, processes and ways of working are successfully embedded through go-live and transition to BAU.
Required skills
Demonstrated experience deliveringorganisational change managementacross digital, systems or process change initiatives
Strong capability inchange impact assessment, readiness planning, and identifying risks/issues with pragmatic mitigation strategies
Proven delivery ofstakeholder engagementand communication activities
Experience developing and coordinatingtraining plans, learning materials and workshop logistics
Ability to managechange risks, issues, dependenciesand adoption feedback, including post-implementation support




Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills (able to produce explicit change artefacts and leadership updates)
Ability to workindependentlyin a project environment; strong initiative and attention to detail
Change frameworks (e.g.,Prosci/MSP; certification highly regarded)
