Blackbook Executive is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of trades on a growing food manufacturing site in Young, NSW. You'll coordinate maintenance activities, improve plant reliability and support production targets with proactive planning and hands-on leadership.
Working with the Maintenance Manager, you'll drive safety, mentor staff, manage rosters, and partner with production to optimise performance.
