Job Description
Kensington Community Aquatic and Recreation Centre, operated by YMCA Victoria, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to lead the Duty Manager and Lifeguard teams and ensure secure, compliant daily operations.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, rostering and timesheets, and support Health & Safety, Risk and Asset management, including contractor relationships. This is a full-time role with a salary of $73,668 plus Super and Y perks.
