ForHealth Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join Surrey Hills Medical Centre on a casual basis. You will work with GPs and the broader clinical team to deliver preventative care, CDM plans and patient education, empowering patients to manage chronic conditions.

The successful candidate will have AHPRA registration, CDM or health assessments experience, and solid communication skills within a general practice setting.
