WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Manage and inspire a team of passionate chefs and kitchen staff
Create and implement creative, seasonal menus that showcase the best local and seasonal produce
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and food handling regulations
Team oriented approach to management with a mindset of open communications
Capable of building and managing relationships with multiple departments, key stakeholders & customers
Confident in 'managing up' and influencing teams
Monitor kitchen operations, inventory,
and budget to maximise efficiency and profitability
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve culinary offerings
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Head Chef in a high volume, fast‐paced, multifaceted venue
Formal culinary training and qualifications, such as a certificate or diploma in Commercial Cookery
Demonstrated expertise in a range of cooking styles and techniques
Excellent time management, organisational, and problem‐solving skills
Proven ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team
