Montu is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be the frontline contact for our wholesale pharmacy partners. You will handle both inbound and outbound communications via phone and email, support daily team operations, and ensure outstanding customer experiences.
You will engage with clients, resolve complaints with a focus on retention, and collaborate with internal departments to improve support processes. Knowledge of Zendesk and G‐Suite is advantageous.
