You will support loading operations, shunt trains and wagons, and marshal them according to the manifest, with hands-on training and growing responsibility. You will learn safety checks in line with regulations and take on increasing responsibilities. This role offers a pathway to a long-term career in rail operations, including potential progression toward train driving.
