Casual Rental Sales Officers
to join our
Whitsunday Coast Airport team.
The position will be part of a rotating roster, that includes working weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a customer service or retail sales background should apply!

About the role

Primary responsibilities include:
n

n
Customer Service at our Car Rental Counter
n
n
Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries
n
n
Checking of vehicles prior to and on return of rentals
n
n
n
n

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a positive and professional attitude and will have the following skills and attributes:

Adaptive verbal and written communication

Ability to identify customer needs and make sales

Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale software

Organisation skills and ability to multi-task in a quick-paced environment

Ability to follow process, procedures and maintain documentation
