About the role
The Event Support Officer plays a key role in delivering first aid services at a wide range of public and private events across Victoria. Reporting to the Manager, Event Support Services, this role coordinates a dedicated volunteer and casual workforce, ensuring events are appropriately staffed, resourced, and supported. Combining workforce scheduling, operational coordination, and real-time problem solving, the Event Support Officer helps ensure the seamless delivery of safe, professional, and high-quality event health services.
This role is based at our Notting Hill headquarters.
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
Demonstrated experience in customer service, workforce coordination, scheduling, or service delivery environments.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with volunteers, staff, and stakeholders.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven problem-solving skills, initiative, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and handle sensitive information confidentially.
Strong computer literacy,



including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
Current Australian Driver Licence with a safe driving record.
