Job Description
City of Geelong is seeking a energetic Coordinator Community Care Programs to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of community care services including Food Services, Home Maintenance, Intake and Service Establishment. You will work with a new leadership team to shape customer‐centred, financially sustainable service models that respond to community needs in Geelong.
