Picker/Packer Store person-DAY Shift in Cold-room Full time

We are looking for a dedicated hard-working employee to join our team picking and packing our customers' orders ready for dispatch from our New Murarrie facility.
This is a Casual position with an evening shift from approx 4pm for 3 days a week and requires the successful applicant to work with minimal direction in the cold-room environment. Suitable for students. The days are Monday, Wednesday & Thursday every week. There will be basic store person duties and the requirement to record stock levels.
Key duties will include:
Accurately picking orders for our customers using picking slips.
Packing cartons with the stock for required stock and labelling each box.




Keep work area and cool rooms clean and tidy and performing general maintenance tasks.
This role requires a high degree of physical work; you will need to stand and walk for long periods of time while performing manual lifting up to 15kg regularly. You will also need to work in a cold setting of 3°C.
Accurately load packed orders onto required pallets in the dispatch zones as per run sheets designation.
Amend picking slips and run sheets for drivers via computer.
The skills and experience required for this role are:
A proven background in performing stores and picking and packing tasks
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Experience working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Initiative and problem-solving skills
Must be willing to work alone at times.
