About the role
We are seeking a value-driven Administration Support Officer to provide administrative and operational support across TSA Corps in Victoria. This varied role suits a proactive administrator with an interest in compliance, volunteer recruitment, WHS, finance, and process improvement. Reporting to theDivisional Support Officer, VIC, this is apermanent, full-time role,locatedin Mitcham, VIC. The position is available as either one full-time role or two part-time roles, depending on the successful candidate(s). Flexibility with work location (travel) within designated area may be required. Hybrid working arrangements can be negotiated. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Clerks Private Sector Award, Level 4. You will successfully Ensure consistent application of TSA policies, procedures, and systems, with a focus on volunteer recruitment, compliance, and finance administration. Support employee onboarding, volunteer role planning, recruitment, and engagement activities. Assist with procurement, including purchasing, fleet, IT, and telecommunications requirements. Manage and resolve administrative issues relating to IT, payroll, and finance, and support Corps Officers in understanding monthly financial reporting. Coordinate compliance activities, including MOUs, permits, and requirements for community events. Provide systems coaching and training to Corps Officers, employees, and volunteers, promoting best practice and building local capability.
What you will bring




Generalist administration experience with intermediate computer skills across a range of software Experience in/desire to learn Workday Data entry & electronic record keeping expertise 1-2 years in customer service essential and has a professional and friendly demeanour The ability to work independently from remote sites A current VIC Drivers Licence Valid VIC Employee Working with Children Check
