What We're Looking For:
Minimum one year experience in residential property or building management with excellent references from previous employers
QLD Certificate of Registration or full Real Estate Licence (for the property management roles only)
Valid QLD driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Experience with one or more CRM systems (PropertyMe, Property Tree, Console Cloud, IRE, Inspection Express, MYBOS etc.)

Temp WEST END RoleRemote/Hybrid/In-Office - In office
Position - Building Manager
When - Mid September **** (week commencing 14th or 21th)
Duties - General BM duties, possibly attending Body Corporate meetings
Days/Hours - Mon - Fri - 9am - 5pm




Parking - Free onsite parking provided
Company Car - N/A
Notes - Must have QLD COR or Real Estate License
