Kingston Estate Wines is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function across our South Australian operations. Based at our Kent Town office (or Riverland), you will report to the Managing Director and lead a small HR team to shape people strategies that support Kingston's values and growth.
The role includes responsibility for employee relations, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws.
