We're seeking a **passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher** to join our team at **Busy Bees at Amberton Beach**, on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality educational programs that support children's learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and engaging environment.**What you'll do*** Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)* Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's development* Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families* Collaborate with educators to maintain a positive and reflective team culture* Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Framework (NQF)* Contribute to curriculum planning, observations, and documentation**What you'll bring*** A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing,



and alignment with Busy Bees values* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)* Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration for **[NSW, VIC, SA, WA]** or ability to obtain* Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)* Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher within Australia is highly regarded* Current **- Working with Children Check** for **WA*** A genuine passion for child-led learning and ongoing professional growth**Why Busy Bees?**Because we offer the B.E.E.S. advantage: Better pay.
