Job Description
Glencore is seeking a Senior Mining Supervisor to lead a high‐performing open cut mining team in the NSW Hunter Valley, near Singleton. You will drive the mine plan execution, mentor supervisors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate mining activities across crews of over 100 operators, provide technical guidance in complex mining areas, and foster solid cross‐department collaboration to deliver production targets.
