The team has strong systems, established processes and quality frameworks in place, ensuring lawyers are well supported while enjoying meaningful client exposure and responsibility.
About You
3-8 years' PAE in corporate/commercial law
M&A; and transactional experience
Commercially minded and proactive
Collaborative approach with strong attention to detail
